Your role

As an Undergraduate or Graduate Accountant, you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
  • Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with the aim of managing a diverse portfolio of clients 
  • Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
  • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events

About you

Here's what they are looking for in this role:

  • Working towards or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Experience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and Quickbooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to the clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
