This global, well-established, and growing organisation based in Wangara, Perth is currently looking Technical Customer Service & Sales Support Officer in the automotive space.

Duties & Responsibilities include: 

• Be the first point of contact in assisting customers with their enquiries and processing orders with an excellent customer focused approach
• Supporting customers in a fast paced yet fun work environment via phone (mainly inbound and some outbound) email and chat enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Build, grow and maintain long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and send quotes and follow up as required
• Ensure all relevant data is entered accurately and punctually
• General Administration

Your Skills and Experience – Does this sound like you?

• Experience or desire to work in a technical environment (Technical Customer Service/Sales Support, experience as a mechanic or a mechanical graduate would be highly desirable)
• Some previous experience within customer service or sales support will be beneficial but not essential
• Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• A good and polite manner when dealing with customers via multiple channels
• Positive, friendly and passionate personality
• Solid work ethic with a can-do and positive attitude
• Great problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills
• Works well independently and within a team environment
• Must be proactive, high attention to detail orientated coupled with strong time management/multi-tasking abilities
• Good computer skills – MS Word & MS Excel
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce would be highly desired but not essential
