Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop, implement and review an ongoing plan for caregiver recruitment
- Identifying and implementing new recruitment strategies
- Respond to all enquiries from caregivers in a friendly, timely, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews professionally and timely
- Manage the creation and maintenance of all employees on the database
- Conduct caregivers reference check
- Review, evaluate and update orientation material
- Develop a knowledge base and manage the performance of caregivers to ensure compliance
- Conducting caregivers’ annual performance reviews
- Addressing all concerns related to caregivers
- Develop and implement a range of caregiver communication strategies to ensure continuous support and wellbeing
- Preparing a monthly newsletter for the caregivers
- Organising quarterly meetings with caregivers
- Prepare the annual caregiver of the year nomination
- Support the Franchise owner in the HR management and creating a recruitment and retention plan
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in recruitment and human resources
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in managing and conducting workplace training independently
- High level of computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Being self-motivated and ethical in all assigned duties
- Be highly organised and have strong administrative skills
- Be structured in your thinking and a natural problem solver
