Our client has an opening for a 1st or 2nd-year air conditioning/ refrigeration apprentice.

The successful candidate will be working with some of the best products and people in the industry, and the company is a major player in the air conditioning industry.

THE APPRENTICESHIP

  • 1st or 2nd year HVAC Apprenticeship – permanent full time
  • Must be motivated and want to learn and progress within a leading organisation
  • You will have the opportunity to  work with qualified field technicians reporting to the supervisor
  • You will be required to attend, complete and pass all Certificate III Refrigeration and Air Conditioning TAFE modules
  • Operate in the workshop onsite your role will include completing inspections, testing and repairing both commercial and residential air conditioning products including completing required paperwork and parts required for service calls.
  • Prompt response to customer service calls, enquiries and complaints, and assisting the technical support team with customer enquiries
  • Attend new product and procedures training and assist with the training of service agents
