Position overview 
To provide administrative and secretarial support and assistance to professional staff as allocated in a range of administrative tasks.

Core accountabilities

1. Provide administrative support including:

  • Typing
  • Filing
  • Photocopying/scanning
  • Assisting with invoices
  • Answering phone calls

2. Managing tasks and projects to deadlines

3. Encourage and assist with the development of a team environment within the office

4. Exercising good knowledge of the Firm’s policies and procedures

5. Maintaining confidentiality.

Essential experience

  • Previous work experience of some nature is required.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Certificate IV in Legal Services (or equivalent)
