We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate and your will be the first point of contact at our JustCo centres connecting with our members, fostering members’ collaboration and driving service delivery and excellence!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exemplary customer service and admin support to members
• Covering all front desk duties
• Welcoming potential members and hosting centre tours
• Ensuring centre and facilities are well maintained
• Networking with members and supporting events logistics

Prerequisites for the role include:

• Friendly & cheerful personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
• Proficient in MS Ofice applications
• Prior experience in serviced office or hospitality industry an advantage
