The role is varied and includes visiting multiple sites across Sydney to maintain and care for plants, both in indoor and outdoor settings.

In this role, you will need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy items, such as tools and green waste. Experience working in horticulture or landscaping is an advantage but is not essential to apply for this role. We are looking for people with the right attitude, who are committed to learning and not afraid of heights. The successful candidate will receive a genuine career path and training opportunities. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Here's the stuff you need for this role:

• Love working with plants in various settings (including indoor office spaces)
• Can follow directions and processes while receiving on the job training
• Enjoy working in a small team and independently
• Positive communication style with colleagues and clients
• Thirst for learning and developing new skills
• Able to use mobile devices for data collection and job management
• A keen eye for detail and problem solving along the way
• Driver's license (with the ability to drive manual)
• White card or willingness to get one before being employed
• Ability to gain both Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Full COVID-19 vaccinations
