Propagate your love of plants with Junglefy

Are you a self-confessed plant nerd? We are too and we'd love you to join us! We need a motivated, hard-working and reliable person to join our horticulture team to ensure our projects continue to thrive. This role requires an experienced horticulturalists with a deep knowledge of plants who loves nurturing plants. You will also be supervising and mentoring one Horticulture Apprentice for 4 days each week.

At Junglefy we're creating better cities by cultivating critical connections between people, places and plants. We design, install and maintain all kinds of nature-based solutions including green walls, green roofs and green facades. We are the inventors of the world's first modular Breathing Wall and we've developed our own biodiversity solution which creates habitats for pollinators in our cities.

What you'll need for this role:

  • Cert III Horticulture qualification (or above)
  • 2+ years of experience in a horticulture role (Green Wall experience is an advantage)
  • Experience in supervising staff
  • Strong independent work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • OHSE reporting experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Irrigation system experience (Operation and Repair)
  • White Card (or willingness to acquire before starting)
  • Driver's license

Things that will give you a good head start (but not essential):

 

  • Previous Green Wall experience
  • Working at Heights
  • Chemcert AQF2 or above
  • First Aid
