Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend sites & estimate for building re-instatement works
- Interpret scope of work provided by consultants
- Write scope of works documents when required
- Work in conjunction with supervisors to achieve set budgets
- Build new & leverage existing relationships with key personnel in the insurance industry
- Liaise with clients & insurers
- Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
- Liaise with & engage sub-contractors during the quotation stage
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements
- Ensure all inspections, certificates & relevant documentation is signed off

- Building Trade / Construction Qualification or relevant experience
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Drive, energy & highly motivated
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Exceptional time management skills

- Desire to start from the ground up with a growing organisation & team
- Strong computer literacy
- Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation, regulationsrates/tradesket rates / trades
- Current Australian driver's licence
