Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for commercial, residential & retail maintenance issues
  • Complete general property maintenance & repairs
  • Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Negotiate with & schedule trades to complete works on site
  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard
  • Communicate details of repairs & any issues to head office
  • Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements

Key Selection Criteria:
  
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. 

  • Hands-on Building Trade / Maintenance background
  • Relevant Trade Qualification advantageous, however not essential
  • Excellent people & communication skills
  • Ability to establish respectful relationships
  • Positive, honest & pro-active attitude
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current & valid motor vehicle licence
  • Working with Children Check (can be obtained if successful)
