Due to an influx of work following recent weather events across NSW, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage, coordinate & manage trades
  • Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
  • Liaise between insured parties & insurance companies
  • Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
  • Dispute/issue resolution as required
  • Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
  • Ensure all relevant inspections, certificates & documentation is signed off
  • Work closely with Estimators & On-Site Supervisors
  • Assist in organising contracts, processing quotes & updating variations
  • Cost reporting
  • Support & assist the administration team when required

Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.  The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.

  • Construction / Building Trade Qualification or relevant experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Can-do & positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn & start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation & team
  • Valid Australian driver licence
