Design Assistant - TAFE Students Preferred null

Joanne Green Landscape & Interior is based on the Northern Beaches, and for 40 years has been designing, constructing, and maintaining some of Sydney's most beautiful gardens and properties.

We are searching for a passionate Design Assistant to join our multi-award-winning team.

About the role:

• Two days per week
• Based in Newport

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Reading plans;
• Undertake site measure and analysis
• Assist with concept designs
• Produce design development documentation
• Prepare schedules for finishes, FF&E and furniture documentation
• Obtain quotes and assist with costing
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• Assist with general administration and office duties

Criteria:

• Proficient in CAD
• Experience with SketchUp is beneficial
• Knowledge in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• At least 2 years' experience

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma of Interior Design OR a Bachelor of Interior Design.
• Final year students will also be considered.
