You are a tech minded person who has a passion for electronics, IT, gadgets or machines and are looking to work in your area of interest. You will have previous retail and contact centre experience from which you can demonstrate your customer focus and be able to provide solutions to our customers based on our product range.
The Jaycar Online Tech Store have a fantastic opportunity for a sales assistant to join the team in the contact centre. Your role will be diverse, supporting our customers with their sales and technical enquiries. You will be providing support over the phone, via email and web chat while liaising with the product team, logistics providers and the warehouse to ensure resolution of all customer enquiries. Your technical knowledge will be a great advantage in resolving queries and you will take ownership of any admin duties required for your customers.
