A fantastic opportunity exists to join Australia’s most innovative library supplier of products and services. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic and passionate Technical Services team in Brookvale.

The Technical Services Specialist works towards improving the service outcomes for our customers by creating standard processes that leverage technology, simplify workflow, and result in best practices for quality and service.

The Technical Specialist will work within a team who are responsible for consulting, implementing, and maintaining customer profiles, daily loading of MaRC, and LMS workflows, troubleshooting, and documentation.

To be successful in this role you will display:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Attention to customer and workflow requirements so as to meet their objectives in supply.
• Competent skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Basic understanding of LMS workflows
• Have clear and effective communication skills at all levels in both oral and written form.
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Contribute ideas for group development.
• Work in a team environment

Preferred but not essential, a certificate in Library & Information Services and/or experience working within a library environment. Training and support will be provided to the right person.
