The Opportunity

We are looking for a Full-time Certificate III Early Childhood Educator. The hours of work are 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday and we operate for 48 weeks of the year. It is essential that you have:

• As per the NSW Health Mandate, a Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved and recognised
• equivalent
• An approved child protection statement of attainment
• Good knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards
• and National Quality Standard
• A high level of proficiency in the English language, both in verbal and written form
• A current Working with Children Check
• A current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
• A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of Integricare

You will need to demonstrate that you have a high level of expertise or experience in:

• Being a self-starter, with a high level of initiative and a ‘can-do attitude
• Implementing programs that are both group appropriate and can be individualised
• Child development and best practices in early learning
• Engaging effectively with fellow educators and families
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and communities
