We believe passionately in bringing people - of all generations - together, through the wonders of being in the water. The water is all we need to create community.

In The Deep teaches kids to become confident, relaxed swimmers so that they too can participate in and grow up to love, respect and feel at ease in the water.

About the company - Our vision

We want to pass down our nation's favourite past-time and see families and communities share in the joy of swimming with the next generation.

The water is all we need to feel connected to ourselves and one another, to experience togetherness in an increasingly lonely society, to slow down and spend time in a wonderfully magical place.

The role - What we do

In The Deep empowers kids to flourish in the water, by teaching them how to swim. With our world-class program and structured, thorough approach to teaching, we break down a complex skill into an easier-to-grasp, personal experience. With lots of fun and courage- building along the way, we reveal the wonders of being in the water, gently guiding kids to become relaxed, stress-free swimmers.

  • Fun and love to laugh
  • Self motivated to learn & be challenged
  • Experience working with children
  • Good swimming skills
  • Love to inspire and support others

  • Austswim Certified
  • Swim Australia Certified
  • CPR Certificate
  • NSW Working With Children Check
