Illawarra Yard Maintenance is a local business providing holistic property care with three main services; lawn maintenance, garden care and pressure cleaning. 

Your role will be to work individually and as a part of a team to complete yard maintenance projects for IYM's clients. All jobs are unique, though many require the same tasks to be completed. Collecting materials, cleaning up gardens, mowing lawns and cleaning hard surfaces to name a few. 

Initiative will be recognised with the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the organisation such as team leading or working individually.
