Medical Receptionist - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team at existing medical practice and new medical practice. 4x Casual positions available. Hours 8am-630pm, days Mon-Sat. Shifts 8am-12.30pm, 8.30am-12.30pm, 1.30pm-4.30pm, 1.30pm-6.30pm.

Duties include liaising with patients, other staff doctors and nurses and managing correspondence.

Strong communication skills and computer skills are essential and any previous experience in administration would be beneficial but is not required. Software that is frequently used includes Microsoft Outlook and the practice management software Best Practice. Teamwork is an essential skill and would be very favourable.
