Key Responsibilities :

• Managing productivity of painters and delivering projects in line with customers schedules
• Managing statutory OH&S requirements of the business in relation to the engagement of painters on commercial building sites
• Managing quality with a strong attention to detail
• Be responsible for resource management including both internal and external resources in anticipation of works commencement
• Strong communication skills at every level
