HOME789 is looking for a collaborative and highly organized Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team and help us expand our business. As a leader in the industry, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and professional development.

Your duties will include:

  • Cold Calling / Client prospecting;
  • Gathering market intelligence;
  • Handling prospective buyer enquiries;
  • Networking;
  • Assisting with open homes and inspections;
  • Database management.

To succeed in this role:

  • MUST hold a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration;
  • A focused, driven and motivated personality;
  • High level problem solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Be process-driven with a strong attention to detail;
  • Possess exceptional follow up;
  • Can use a direct approach to selling but also a more subtle aspect of sales negotiation;
  • High level personal presentation;
  • Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
  • A team player;
  • Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
  • Punctual; and
  • A valid driver’s licence and vehicle (Preferable).
