Customer Service Representatives at PoliceLink play a vital role for the NSW Police Force, helping to keep the community safe. They respond to calls and contacts from the community across emergency and non emergency business streams.  

The role is rewarding, giving you an opportunity to make a real difference.

Daily Activities include:

  • Answer and process a variety of customer calls and contacts
  • Facilitate a timely response to emergency calls from the community
  • Utilise the latest systems and technology to support the NSW Police and Community

What you need to succeed:

  • High level keyboard skills and experience in Windows applications;
  • Excellent attention to detail, comprehension and short-term memory;
  • Able to work rotational shifts 24/7.

Prior to commencement, successful candidates must complete a National Police Check (criminal history) and will also be required to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
