We have an opportunity in Sydney for a tech savvy person to join the Hire Intelligence team. We are interested in an IT & AV technician who loves to be on the road helping clients with their IT and AV technology needs.  This position reports to the onsite National Technical Manager and is based at our St Leonard’s office.

Team members who join the Hire Intelligence team will get to work with a young and motivated team, and have the opportunity to:

• Play with varied and diverse technology in the IT and AV space from desktops, servers, workstations, notebooks, printers, copiers as well as monitors, projectors, video walls, to wireless mics, PA systems, smart phones and Virtual Reality. And more,
• Collaborate with like-minded team members across Australia,
• Meet and work with a wide range of clients in exciting venues and locations

The position will require after-hours, on-call and weekend work from time to time for which you will be rewarded.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Client Rental Order Fulfilment - Completely and effectively action client orders via deliveries, collections, installation and networking in client sites and venues across Sydney.
• Technical Support - Providing ongoing support both in person and over the phone to our clients with Maintenance / Servicing / Troubleshooting requirements.

Key Role Requirements:

• Curios and interested in technology hardware.
• Exceptional Customer service skills with the ability to provide our clients with outstanding customer service.
• Wide ranging IT and AV technology skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
• The physical ability to deliver and install heavy equipment.
• The ability to maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
