About the Role:

If you love fixing things and are looking to expand your horizons by specialising in small dental equipment, we would like to hear from you.

You may come from various types of backgrounds such as working with pool and spas, workshop settings, or even haberdashery. Alternatively, you may have some dental industry experience having worked out in the field as a dental equipment technician and are now keen to move away from being out on the road.
  
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Handpiece Technician to join our close-knit team. The core responsibilities of this role will be to assess, quote and repair dental handpieces and small equipment so that our customers can receive their equipment back with minimal impact on their business.  
In addition to the above, this role will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and providing technical service and support over the phone.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience troubleshooting and diagnosing problems on technical equipment with accuracy and strong fine motor skills
• A strong aptitude for hands-on, mechanical tasks
• Excellent communication skills, organisational & Prioritisation skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
