We are seeking an experienced individual to assist the Retail Manager in managing daily operations throughout the business and coordinate and continue to develop our team delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role includes:

• Coordinating the Shop Floor Team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Coaching and mentoring the team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development 
• Stock coordination and control including stock counts, stock flow and effective ticketing throughout the store
• Managing professional store presentation to ensure the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work.

You will have completed or be near completion of your Certificate IV in Retail Management, have retail experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be a creative problem solver who leads by example and is able to inspire others to surpass goals.

In this role, you will be a key member of our team and be instrumental in assisting the team to develop and continue to provide outstanding customer service.
