- Geoffrey Export is a subsidiary of Grove International, it is experienced and stable multiline exporter, that has been in operation for over 40 years
- Experience in the export/logistics/warehousing industry would be highly regarded, although we are willing to train the right person
Container packing (consolidations)
- Liaise internally with Sales on orders requiring consolidation
- Complete preliminary container load lists (excel) for distribution for internal & external use
- Liaise with container packing depots
- Monitor daily inward receipt of goods various packing depots
- Chase slow delivering suppliers for the various container packs
- Book container space with various Shipping Lines
- Organise release of empty containers
- Control/Monitor container packing
Various Shipping documentations
- Prepare Dangerous goods forms (MO.41’s)
- Submit dangerous goods forms to Shipping Lines & Sydney Ports
- Submit wine export applications with Government agency (Wine Australia)
- Arrange Australian Customs Export clearance (CAN/CRN)
Client Claims
- Investigate claims received from clients
- Liaise with packing depot
- Submit & monitor formal claims with Shipping Companies
