Your role: As a Cert III or Diploma qualified educator, your role will involve creating a fun and nurturing learning environment for the children under your care. You'll be actively engaging with children to promote positive learning outcomes while also respecting their cultural diversity. Working closely with a committed and engaged team, you'll participate in program planning and implementation to support learning effectively.
Training, development & rotations: Gowrie NSW provides free professional development through its education hub, enabling you to continuously grow and enhance your skills as an educator. Rotations may be available to offer diverse experiences within the organization.
