2023 Early Childhood Teacher - TAFE Students Preferred null

As a teacher at Goodstart Gawler South you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.   

You’ll help achieve this by 

• Hold (or being working towards) a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Hold a current SA Teachers Registration and SA WWCC
• Hold a current First Aid qualification
• Full time permanent role, working 5 days per week
• Teaching within the Pre-Kindy Room (3-4 year ages) or Kindy Room (4-5 year ages)
• Plan innovative and engaging learning experiences. Would love to see a creative flair injected into activity stations and learning experiences
• Champion positive and meaningful relationships with children
