Your New Role

Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, this role provides support to our Business Development Managers (BDMs), across Australia, to maximise sales. It is a busy role, ideal for someone ready to learn and grow, and seeking their next move in either sales or the travel and tourism industry. The right person will also be able to join our BDMs on the road and at exclusive industry events, and social nights.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the National Sales Team
  • Build, support, and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Generate sales by performing outbound sales calls
  • Coordinate trade events, launches, expos, and roadshows

What are we looking for?

  • Fresh travel and tourism graduates who are passionate and excited to start their travel career are encouraged to apply
  • Event coordination and sales experience preferred, though not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities with impeccable attention to detail
  • Customer-focused work ethic with the ability to build relationships
  • A sales-driven individual with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and after hours as required
  • An Australian driver's license preferred
  • Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency)
