Your New Role

Based in our Sydney head office, the Support Engineer is the first point of contact for all IT and communication issues. By providing Level 1 technical assistance and support to on-site, off-site, and New Zealand employees, this role is vital to ensuring Gfob delivers impeccable customer service.

  • Provide technical assistance and support to staff across Australia and in New Zealand
  • Set up new users and run IT onboarding sessions for new starters
  • Maintain internal systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Receive, log, and prioritise support requests via ServiceDesk
  • Take remedial action in response to changes, errors, and incidents

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1-Year experience technical helpdesk support experience preferred 
  • Experience with Office 365, Remote Desktop Support, Windows
  • Customer service focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time management skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to demonstrate initiative
