What will you be doing?
- Based in our Sydney head office, the primary role of the Finance Officer is to process financial transactions on all our tour bookings. In addition, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the below:
- Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and daily reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly cashflow reports
- Process your payments and tour refunds
- Handle internal and external customer queries
- Prepare insurance letters

What are we looking for?
- Experience working in a similar Finance role (preferred though not essential)
- Recent accounting qualifications or working towards an accounting qualification
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and attention to detail
- A quick learner with a desire to learn
- Full working rights within Australia
