Based in our South Windsor warehouse, we are looking for a Warehouse All Rounder who is energetic, competent and reliable who has the ability to take on various warehouse tasks. The candidate we are requiring must have a positive attitude with a high level of detail and accuracy and be a person that takes pride in their work and be very self-motivated as well. We also value great communication skills and willingness to be a part of a friendly and driven team.

Candidates must be available between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm Mon to Fri. Only applicants with a view for a long-term position need to apply.

Your key role will focus on:

• Understanding products and procedures
• Follow paperwork processes
• Packing of orders
• Operating a gas forklift
• Work with other warehouse team members
• Receive deliveries
• Dispatch deliveries
• General warehouse duties

You are a perfect fit, if:

• You can communicate well with others
• Hold a valid forklift licence
• Have experience in forklift operation
• Hold a current driver's license
• You are adaptable to change in the workday
• Have a great attitude
• You are keen to learn new skills fast
• You can follow the instructions
• You can work in both a team and a solo environment
• You can read and write well
• You are able to physically lift in excess of 25kgs

This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start that offers a friendly supportive team environment, full product and packing training and convenient off-street parking on site. Immediate start is available.

Ideally, we would like to develop the right person to take over our Warehouse Manager role in 2023. So promotion could be fast for the right candidate, but you will need to earn it.
