The Position

• Process all import quarantine shipments
• Ensure all shipments are presented to AQIS when requested
• Coordinate the clearance of selected bond status to ensure timely clearances
• Complete appropriate documentation and scanning
• Check documentation for accuracy
• Assist supervisors, managers and colleagues as required
• Liaise with clients and authorities in a professional manner

The Requirements

• Experience in operations or customs within international transportation
• Accurate and fast data entry skills
• Knowledge of commercial documentation, shipping terms and Customs -procedures
• High attention to detail essential
• Commitment to working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and corporate presentation
