While working alongside our experienced team you will be provided support to further your technical expertise and business aptitude. This will be achieved via a combination of hands-on experience as well as mentoring, coaching and additional formal training. 

As an ICT graduate with fournines you may work in one of these areas:

• ICT Infrastructure and Cloud Services
• IT Service Management, ICT services and end user support
• Project Delivery

We are offering two specialist opportunities for ICT graduates:

• Server and Storage (System Admin) and
• Network Engineering

Our graduate program is 12-months and will provide practical on-the-job training through team-based work or projects. The program is designed to:

• Assist you to transition into the fournines and provide a basis for your growth to a permanent ongoing role within our team
• Provide you with tailored training and development opportunities (A+ plus server, or A+ plus Cisco for example)
• Provide you an opportunity to gain experience within your area of studies completed as well as the core business of fournines
• Improve your understanding of and gain experience in technical support and project management
• Develop your skills to effectively contribute to the strategic direction of fournines
• P rovide one on one mentoring to develop your skills in customer engagement, business acumen, time management, trouble shooting and problem-solving, goal setting and more.
