The Role – 12 month max term full time contract in Leichhardt

We require a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) Team which is part of the wider accounts team. You will be assisting and supporting the ForHealth Group nationally and performing AR task daily. This is a great opportunity for someone with minimal accounts receivable experience to begin their career in Accounts. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing and receipting of Workers compensation invoices
  • Reconciliation of customer payments by recording cheques, EFT and credit card payments
  • Answering internal and external account enquiries from patients, clients and health care professionals.
  • Checking and processing of refunds to patients and third party clients
  • Updating and maintaining daily bank statements
  • Handling inbound phone enquiries
  • Management of shared email inboxes
  • Data Entry
  • Supporting the Accounts team with ad-hoc tasks 

Experience & Attributes

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Accounting, computer and administration skill
  • Attention to details, thoroughness & time management
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient in multi–tasking and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic to intermediate Excel skills
