2023 Graduate Project Manager - TAFE Students Preferred null

We welcome applications of all experience levels. Experience in sewer and water pipelines and/or plumbing is advantageous.

The Role

• You will be assisting with estimating, project management, project coordination and administration.
• You will be working predominately in the office in a small and well-established team but will also build relationships on-site with our Construction Manager, Supervisors and field team.
• You will be reporting to our Managing Director, Project Manager and Office Manager.

You will be required to:

• Prepare quotes and estimates using Benchmark Estimating Software
• Prepare tender packages
• Prepare pre-commencement project documentation (Sydney Water documentation and requirements sent to the client)
• Prepare job folders, ensuring all DBYD, WHS and ITPs are included
• Track project costs and provide job costs to the Director

• Have knowledge in analysing drawings and plans for water and sewer
• Knowledge in obtaining tenders, material costs and project management
• Attend site inspections and meetings
• Create strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors and confidently liaise with them over the phone and in person
• Maintain company systems and processes and uphold high quality and standards
• Manage and maintain project costings

Skills & Certification

• Certificate or degree in Civil Engineering, Estimating, Project Management or similar
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Procore Software (advantageous but not essential)
• White Card
• Drivers Licence
