Discover your direction with the EY Career Compass Program. During our structured learning sessions, youโ€™ll learn how to evaluate your career options to make smarter decisions for your future. This Program is designed to give you a first-hand experience of EY, so you can find out as much as possible about the EY culture, how EY teams operate and provide services, and most importantly, how we can help you to build your future. Demonstrate that your values aligns with ours, and you may be invited to interview for the EY Vacationer Program. Weโ€™re looking for students from a range of disciplines including Accounting, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Science, Information Technology / Information Systems, Actuarial Studies, Economics, Psychology and Human Resources.โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

Eligibilityโ€ฏ 

To apply for the EY Career Compass Program, you are required to be:โ€ฏ 

  • On track to complete your studies in 2025โ€ฏ 
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent residentโ€ฏ 

Program dates 

Programs will take place in our EY offices across one or two days (full days), depending on location: 

  • Adelaide: 11 October (one day) 
  • Brisbane:  26 September โ€“ 27 September (two days) 
  • Canberra: 10 October (one day) 
  • Melbourne: 2 October โ€“ 3 October (two days) 
  • Perth: 4 October โ€“ 5 October (two days) 
  • Sydney: 4 October โ€“ 5 October (two days)
