Our Real Estate Advisory Project Management team has been providing strategic real estate advice and valuation services to our clients for over 25 years; working as part of the team will provide you with broad exposure to the following areas:

  • Real Estate Valuations โ€” Valuation experience across a range of property asset classes including office, retail, residential, development projects, Build-to-Rent, healthcare and aged care.
  • Real Estate Transactions โ€” Managing transaction processes for both sales and leasing relating to acquisition and divestment of real estate assets and businesses for both private and government clients.
  • Real Estate Advisory โ€” Various advisory engagements for both private and government clients, including undertaking project feasibility, property economics and planning, including precinct planning, highest and best use analysis, due diligence, procuring development strategies and advising on emerging markets and sectors such as Built-to-Rent.
  • Project Management โ€” The ability to manage and deliver projects Australia wide, with Project Management teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth through, Project Brief Preparation, Construction Buildability, Project Planning & Programming, Contractor & Consultant, Procurement, Statutory Authority Approvals, Design Management, Superintendent Services, Dispute Management, Expert Witness Services, Urban Renewal and Value Creation and CaptureThe opportunity: your next adventure awaits

How it works

As part of the program, youโ€™ll undertake a structured 12-24 month internship which invests in your professional and personal growth and development. Applicants to the program should be focused on the following areas:

  • Gaining exposure to a broad range of roles within the real estate and property industry
  • Exhibiting an ability to work across teams with a range of other professionals within EY
  • Working collaboratively and building strong team relationships

Eligibility

We are looking for tertiary students currently completing a study within a property, project management, planning or related discipline who are keen to develop a broad range of real estate advisory and/or project management skills in a corporate environment.

To apply for our Practical Placement, youโ€™re required to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident. You must be on track to complete tertiary studies in 2023 or 2024

Once we have reviewed your application and assessment results, you may be invited to participate in an interview or Recruitment Day
