Why Choose Explore & Develop Artarmon?

We strive to embed a strong partnership approach to collaborating amongst the wider team. Our management team are always available to support, mentor and offer guidance to the team on a daily basis. We offer a professional environment for Educators to collaborate and grow in their skillset. We work closely with various industry mentors and consultants to provide our team with progressive professional development opportunities.

Explore & Develop Artarmon has a strong play-based learning philosophy where children are viewed as unique, competent and resourceful learners.

Our Early Childhood Education & Care Service has been designed to offer smaller, more intimate indoor learning environments with higher Educator to child ratios. These ratios are a key factor in delivering our high-quality education and core curriculum and allow our educational team to provide more individualized and meaningful interactions with each child.

We offer both open and covered spaces, enabling children to be able to engage in play in all weather patterns. Our thoughtfully designed early childhood service features an open, homely kitchen which is the 'heart' of our service. The aroma of fresh, homemade meals travels around the whole center and creates a welcoming, homely feel to our environment. Our service values its partnerships with the wider community and has, to date, established a number of regular walking excursion groups to allow us to go beyond the gates and share in community projects and events.
