About the role

We are currently seeking a professional person with excellent interpersonal skills who has completed their study in either business administration, business management or a similar course to join our team.

The right candidate will join our friendly team in a vibrant, modern and peaceful medical practice in Pymble. Situated close to the train station, cafes and plenty of car parking.

This is an important role covering client service, computer systems, postage, document management and office administration.

Hiring Criteria

  • Mastery over Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for improvement.
  • Excellent telephone manner paired with professional email etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to help with any office tasks.
  • Maintaining a hard-working and positive attitude.
  • Ability to easily learn new computer systems.

  • Postage
  • Form filling and submission
  • Eftpos & other payment processing (incl. Medicare)
