We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Coffee Machine Technician to become an integral part of our expanding and dynamic team.

This position offers a full-time opportunity, situated in Belrose on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The primary duty involves meticulously preparing both commercial and home coffee equipment, ready for sale. This is a role that could suit an experienced coffee technician or someone looking to build a technical career in the coffee industry.

For those with existing experience and expertise, you’ll find opportunities for in-house equipment servicing and repairs, along with occasional on-road servicing requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and quality control testing of pre-sale espresso coffee machines and grinders.
  • Reporting and troubleshooting technical findings during preparation.
  • Assisting and checking of inbound equipment deliveries and general inventory control.
  • Documenting all machine prep and service work in our ERP system.
  • Maintaining the service area to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Some existing understanding in electrical and mechanical fields
  • Previous experience within the coffee industry preferred but not essential.
  • Must have good computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook

Please note that this position entails a balance of physical tasks including lifting, alongside computer based responsibilities.
