What you will do:

The role of Events and Marketing Executive will be responsible for a range of operational and marketing activities to ensure the successful delivery of our annual events calendar. Key responsibilities include working to event timelines, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining event websites and assisting with marketing tasks where requested. Our range of events include face to face and virtual conferences, exhibitions, awards and other exciting projects.

Another key aspect of the role is to support the Marketing Team in an array of tasks such as creating campaigns in Eloqua, to raising POs and owning the logistics of internal communications to our business.

This is an extremely important role to us in the Marketing Team as you will support a significant amount of the events function, represent our brand and who we are and as a direct result will have a significant exposure to the leadership team and extended leadership team.
