We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at our ultra-luxury 5* Resort.

About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of our villas and resort areas and carrying out the evening turndown service as per our One&Only standards.

You will be an excellent team player and have excellent communication and guest service skills to ensure we deliver the highest of standards consistently and that our guests who visit our resorts have amazing experiences and everlasting memories. You will have pride and attention to detail in your work. You will be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your daily activities well. Ideally, you will have proven experience within a role within a similar environment.

This role requires the following abilities:

• Prior work experience in a 5-star Hotel/Resort environment would be advantageous.
• High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Capacity to work in a physical role.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional attitude and strong guest service skills.
• Good availability during weekdays and available to work on a rotating roster.
