2021 F&B Attendant - Tafe Students Preferred null

Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley is seeking passionate Food & Beverage Attendants looking to work with an ultra-luxury resort and a globally renowned brand, plus working alongside The Bentley Group, an award-winning Sydney restaurant group with multiple 2 hatted venues.

As part of our professional Food & Beverage team, you will be involved in creating exceptional and personalised dining experiences for our guests.

You will be showcasing exclusive regional wines, cocktail and whisky tastings to our guests as well as signature gin and beer offerings made with local ingredients.

We will be looking for applicants that have:

• Experience and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
• A valid NSW RSA Certificate/Competency Card
• Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Knowledge of coffee and latte art would be advantageous
• Knowledge and interest in wines and spirits with the ability to share this knowledge expertly with guests
• The ability to multi-task and cope with service situations without compromising standards, productivity, or quality
• Experience in a hotel/ restaurant/ cafe environment (Restaurant, Bar, In-Villa Dining, Banquets) will be viewed extremely favourably.
