Responsibilities:
- MYOB Accounting software
- Account receivables including management of invoice finance facility and debtor queries
- Assisting with the payment runs
- Review tax invoices, receipts, and subcontractor claims for data entry
- Maintain and review tax invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Identifying and recording accrued expenses
- Credit card reconciliations
- BAS & GST preparation for lodgement
- Month End Reporting
