Repair Technician – Drones / UAS

Customer communication role responsibilities:

• Familiarise with company‘s product and service flow.
• Answering questions about company’s product on email and phone.
• Handling customer complaints
• Documenting repair record and follow up repair process

Role responsibilities：

• Familiar with company‘s product and service flow.
• Provide technical support to customer for pre-sales enquiry.
• Provide technical support to customer for product operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Manage and prioritize multiple customer issues simultaneously.
• Stay updated with the latest product information.

Requirement:

• Chinese language highly desirable as many suppliers are of non English background
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Strong understanding of the company's products and services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
