The Business Services team is responsible for and delivers support across the following areas of the Edge business on a national and international scale: people and culture, information technology (including systems and software), legal support (project and business risk), project management assistance as well as office support across Australia, NZ, Chile and the US. Because of Edge's growth and expansion, the Business Services team are looking for a dynamic, interested, and responsible person to join the team and provide full administrative support. This new role offers immense variety, challenges, and scope for a professional opportunity in this fast-paced, learning environment. The team prides itself in how they communicate with each other, their willingness to share skills, their ability to delegate while giving autonomy, and importantly, enjoying their success as a collective.
Be experienced – Minimum 2 years experience of working in a fast-paced office environment (or equivalent) where you can relate your skillset and experience to what's needed for this role. You must have an excellent eye for detail, write well and know how to complete tasks in their entirety.
Love business administration – you need to love what you do. If you like being organised, helping others to adopt process, order and developing tools to do this, this is a position for you. This team creates the strong bones of the organisation and provide efficiency, reliability, and order. You must love these qualities.
Demonstrate responsibility – Edge employees are team players, but this means you need to take responsibility for what it is you do. You will need to be reliable and want to be accountable in your role.
Be organised – The Business Services teamwork on multiple programs and projects with competing priorities so you need to be comfortable with chopping and changing while still delivering and being reliable.
