Job Description

Looking for a graduate program that inspires passion, imagination, and self-development? Want to shape how millions of people buy, sell, connect and share around the world? If you’re interested in joining a purpose-driven community that is dedicated to creating a fun, diverse, and inclusive workplace, join eBay Australia.

With a 22 year heritage and 12-million unique monthly visitors, eBay is Australia’s #1 online shopping destination. This is your chance to join the team shaping the future of e-commerce. You will be joining a truly global company, allowing you to network internationally and leverage key learnings from all over the world. You will also become a valuable member of our Australia office where we pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial mindset and welcoming attitudes towards all new employees.

Our eBay Graduates:

One of our key beliefs at eBay is to inspire, empower and grow richly diverse teams and communities. This means we all share a passion to support the growth and development of our emerging talent. We’re a fast-paced and agile workplace backed by a fun and supportive environment that is focused on helping our graduates learn and grow their careers faster than anywhere else.

Program Highlights:

Throughout this program, you will learn, discover and contribute to our growing organization by:

  • Completing three rotations across buyer, seller, and managed marketplaces
  • Growing within a dynamic team with on the job experience
  • Being mentored by experienced leaders who will work with you to achieve your career goals

This program is designed to challenge and develop your skills across a range of departments and projects. You'll be based in our York Street office in Sydney and part of our O Week orientation designed especially for our Graduates to help ensure we welcome and set you up for success. During your 18 months, you will have the opportunity to own projects relating to the business area you are supporting and provide exceptional support on key initiatives.

Job Requirements!

We don’t believe in posting a long list of requirements for a graduate position. Whilst we value your university results, extracurricular activities, and work experience, we also want to hear about your key drivers and motivations for your future career. We are looking for a diverse range of talent and therefore we are open-minded to your degree as long as you have a passion for e-commerce and providing an amazing experience for customers. So, if you are a recent graduate or will have graduated by January 2023, then apply now. We look forward to getting to know you!
