Administration Assistant (Traineeship) - TAFE Students Preferred null

Eastland Truss & Timber is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our growing team in Port Macquarie.

YOUR ROLE

In this role you will provide the day-to-day administrative and support services to our existing team which includes but isn't limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Financial Support
• Document control
• Maintain various reports and records
• General Office and administrative duties as required

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail
• high level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Well-developed organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time Management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• MYOB experience preferred but not essential, training provided
