Property Valuer Graduate - TAFE Students Preferred null

About the role:

DuoTax is currently seeking a dedicated Property student looking to start a career in the property space. In this role, you'll be able to work alongside our team of property experts and engage with our customers at various points in their investment journey. You will also be able to gain valuable insight and experience in the property industry. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting Market Valuation of residential properties for tax purposes
• Property Settlement Valuations
• Capital Gains Tax Property Valuation
• Preparing reports within stipulated time frames with adherence to quality reporting standards.
• Preparing quotations and responding to all our client enquiries

To be successful, you will have:

• Current graduate or in your last year of a property valuation course at a recognised educational institution, with some work experience
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and can multitask proficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starter, and confident in approaching complex property projects and seeking out assistance
• Looking to apply for a CPV certification once work experience has been gained.
