Property Valuer - Graduate null

About the role:

DuoTax is seeking a motivated and talented residential property valuer to join our high-performing valuation team. As the property valuer, you will work alongside the Senior Property Valuation Consultant and engage with our customers at various points in their journey, creating strong relationships between the customer and our product portfolios. The role is both a combined office and working in the field.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting Market Valuation of residential properties for tax purposes
• Property Settlement Valuations
• Capital Gains Tax Property Valuation
• Preparing reports within stipulated time frames with adherence to quality reporting standards.
• Preparing quotations and responding to all our client enquiries

To be successful, you will have:

• Current graduate or in your last year of a property valuation course at a recognised educational institution, with some work experience
• Full Australian Driver’s License
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and can multitask proficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starter, and confident in approaching complex property projects and seeking out assistance
• Eligibility to apply for a CPV certification once work experience has been gained.
